Connecting the breath to the movement. And the breath is everywhere. It really is. So why is it so difficult to do? Probably because we develop bad habits.     • Stretching of hips

It is very rare to find oneself in silence. There are always outside noises, breathing noises… focus. That’s a big part of life. Many times, we lose focus of what we are doing. And all our problems and stress bleed into what we are doing at that moment… — Focus on Me. Focus on You.
